The former classrooms, with their high ceilings and large
windows, are well suited for artist’s studios. There
are now a total of 12 rooms of various sizes (450 to 690
sq ft) that can be rented for $140 to $350 a month, with
a one year lease.
New 3.5' x 7' windows, and geothermal heating and cooling
are provided without additional charge.
